State Sen. Daryl Schmitt (R-Jasper) made the following statement today in response to
Gov. Mike Braun's 2025 State of the State address:
STATEHOUSE (Jan. 29, 2025) – "Tonight, I was honored to watch Gov. Braun, my friend and fellow Dubois County resident, deliver his first State of the State address.
"I look forward to working with the governor in his efforts to provide fair property tax reform for Hoosiers.
"As a new state senator, I am a strong proponent of delivering solutions at the local level, and I look forward to working with my colleagues in the General Assembly to pass meaningful legislation that will make Indiana an even better place to live, work and raise a family."
