LEISING CHAIRS THIRD RURAL CAUCUS MEETING: State Sen. Jean Leising (R-Oldenburg) chairs the third Rural Caucus on March 3. Many legislators were in attendance and heard presentations from members of the Indiana Department of Agriculture and the Indiana State Board of Animal Health regarding avian flu, tariffs and other pressing issues facing the agricultural community.

State Sen. Jean Leising (R-Oldenburg) represents Senate District 42, which includes Decatur, Fayette, Ripley and Rush counties, and portions of Franklin, Jennings and Shelby counties.
