LEISING CHAIRS FOURTH RURAL CAUCUS: State Sen. Jean Leising (R-Oldenburg) chairs the fourth Rural Caucus of the legislative session on March 20. The group discussed topics like health and how to ensure rural hospitals have the resources they need to care for Indiana residents.
