CLARK SPEAKS AT PACK THE STATEHOUSE EVENT: State Sen. Brett Clark (R- Avon) speaks on the need for more mental health resources for Hoosiers at the Indiana Council of Community Mental Health Center's Pack the Statehouse event. Clark is an advocate for keeping those who are struggling with mental health out of the judicial system and for better mental health for all Hoosiers.
