CLARK PRESENTS HIS FIRST THREE BILLS: State Senator Brett Clark (R- Avon) proposes his first three bills as a member of the Indiana legislature this week to the Senate Committee on Corrections and Criminal Law. The proposed bills all aim at creating a safer state for Hoosiers.
