As of July 16, Hoosiers in need of mental health help can dial the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline at 988. The number aims to improve access to mental health care. If you or a loved one is experiencing mental health-related distress, such as thoughts of suicide, dialing 988 will connect callers to a trained counselor who will listen, provide support and share helpful resources. more »
