STATEHOUSE (Dec. 4, 2024) – State Sen. Greg Walker (R-Columbus) has been reappointed by Senate President Pro Tem Rodric Bray (R-Martinsville) to serve as chair of the Senate Committee on Family and Children Services for the 124th Indiana General Assembly.

Walker will also serve as a member of the following Senate committees:

  • Public Policy.

"It is an honor to continue my work as chair of the Senate Committee on Family and Children Services," Walker said. "Our work in committees is very important to the legislature as committee members are some of the first to understand what a bill is trying to accomplish if it becomes law. I look forward to working with my colleagues on many important topics this year."
