STATEHOUSE (Feb. 11, 2025) — State Sen. Kyle Walker (R- Lawrence) is honoring two Olympic athletes from Senate District 31 with Senate Resolutions.

Senate Concurrent Resolution 18 congratulates Fishers native and Hamilton Southeastern alumni Noah Malone on winning the gold medal in the men's 100 meter T12 event. Malone also competed in the men's 400 meter T12 event and the Universal Relay during the 2024 Paris Paralympics.

Senate Concurrent Resolution 19 congratulates Indianapolis native and Cathedral High School alumni Cole Hocker on winning the gold medal in the 1500 meter track and field event at the 2024 Paris Olympics.

"I am proud to author these resolutions honoring and congratulating Noah and Cole on their outstanding accomplishments," Walker said. "Watching these remarkable athletes compete on the world stage while representing Indiana was truly inspiring."

These resolutions passed by the Senate and will now move to the House of Representatives for consideration.
