STATEHOUSE (June 27, 2024) — State Sen. Michael Crider (R-Greenfield) will serve as vice chair of the Interim Study Committee on Roads and Transportation and as a member of several other study committees in preparation for the 2025 legislative session.

Crider's other assignments include:

"As an experienced member and chair of the Roads and Transportation Committee both during session and the interim, I know the importance of continued maintenance of Indiana's infrastructure," Crider said. "Conversations in the FIRSST Task Force will be especially important as we discuss Indiana's long-term road-funding and infrastructure needs as we head into the 2025 budget session."

Legislators will meet over the summer and fall months to discuss topics approved by the bipartisan Legislative Council, which is comprised of 16 voting members – eight from the Senate and eight from the House of Representatives.
