STATEHOUSE (April 22, 2025) – State Sen. Sue Glick (R-LaGrange) welcomed homeschooled students Eliana Lehman and Elijah Lehman to the Statehouse who served as Senate pages in April and thanked them for traveling the long distance to serve and learn.
Pages spend a day at the Statehouse touring the historic building, observing debates from the Senate floor and interacting with their state senator.
"Being a Senate page is an educational experience all students should consider participating in," Glick said. "It is an opportunity to learn about state government and the importance of the legislative process, and I encourage all local parents to consider signing their child up during the next legislative session."
Students in grades six through 12 participate in the page program on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays during the legislative session. Groups serve on Wednesdays.
The 2025 Senate Page program has now ended. Parents interested in signing up their child for the 2026 program should visit www.IndianaSenateRepublicans.com/Page-Program at the end of 2025 for more information. More information about the Senate Page Program is also available on this site.
