Raatz Roundup: Preparing to vote

Preparing to vote

By State Sen. Jeff Raatz (R-Richmond)

The 2024 General Election on Nov. 5 is coming soon, and it is important for residents of Senate District 27 to be prepared to vote.

The first step toward being prepared is to check your voter registration status and see who will be on your ballot at IndianaVoters.com.

To make sure your vote counts, I have supported laws that strengthen identification requirements for mail-in ballots, increase election security and ensure elections in Indiana are fair.

If you have not yet registered to vote, the deadline to do so is Monday, Oct. 7. Early voting will begin the next day.

Those who want to vote early or register to vote in person can visit your local voter registration office in:

  • Wayne County at 301 E. Main St. in Richmond
  • Henry County at 1215 Race Street, Suite 130 in New Castle
  • Franklin County at 459 Main St Ste 101 in Brookville
  • Union County at 26 West Union Street in Liberty

Constituents can reach out to me with any questions or concerns they may have by filling out a "Contact Me" form on the IndianaSenateRepublicans.com/Raatz website or by phone at 800-382-9467.
