LEISING CHAIRS RURAL CAUCUS MEETING: State Sen. Jean Leising (R-Oldenburg) chairs the first meeting of the year for the Rural Caucus on Jan. 22. Indiana State Health Commissioner Lindsay Weaver spoke at the event, which covered topics such as public health and other issues significant to rural Indiana.
