CARRASCO JOINS ST. RICHARD'S EPISCOPAL SCHOOL STUDENTS: State Sen. Cyndi Carrasco (R-Indianapolis) joins St. Richard's Episcopal School at the Statehouse Wednesday, Jan. 17. The students visited the Senate Chamber to gain more knowledge on what state senators do during the legislative session. Carrasco answered the students' questions and explained how a bill becomes a law.
