ALTING RECOGNIZES SECURITY FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK: State Sen. Ron Alting (R-Lafayette) presents Security Federal Savings Bank's Delphi Branch Manager Heather Nielsen with a certificate recognizing the bank's 90th anniversary.
